…both Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android machines are small and nonstandard. They require connectivity. They may not be secure. The greater reality is: They are in offices. They work. People will use them, whether corporate Information Technology managers like it or not.

    Great article. As a longtime champion/user of Google products (Android OS smartphone; Chromebook) and services (Gmail; Docs; Blogger; Picasa; more), my life is truly enriched from 5 years ago when I was tied to company-mandated hardware and software.

    As the article states, both Apple and Google must diligently work on providing more security: Businesses demand this.
